Comfort traveling on Russian Railways
Russian Railways offers additional services for the passengers of the Grand 1st class and VIP 1st class in Branded trains: the free Superior Waiting Lounge and additional services upon arrival.
The Superior Waiting Lounge is available on the day of the departure. The services include the free entrance to the WCs, charging station for computers and mobile devices, Satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and hot drinks.
Upon arrival, the Grand 1st class passengers can use free transfer services. To use this service, passenger would need to inform the conductor and fill the blank. At the arrival station, the driver will be waiting at the platform holding the signboard with the passenger's name. The transfer can be done within 25 km radius from the arrival station, or within the Moscow Automobile Ring Road (MKAD) borders for Moscow and within the borders of the St. Petersburg's Automobile Ring Road (KAD) in St. Petersburg.
