2011 ATP St. Petersburg Open tennis tournament

After playing in Moscow last week, severl of the world's top tennis players made their way north to the northern capital of St. Petersburg for the SPB Open. Serb Janko Tipsarevic, who won last week in Moscow will be looking to carry his momentum into St. Petersburg for a second tournament win in a row.

Several former winners and highly ranked players will compete for the St. Petersburg trophy, including Russians Mikhail Youzhny, Dmitry Tursonov, Igor Andreev, and Igor Kunitsyn, as well as top ranked international players Frenchman Gilles Simon, Serb Janko Tipsarevic, Ukrainian Alexandr Dolgopolov and Croat Marin Cilic. Alex Bogomolov Jr. is the lone American in this year's tournament.

Matches will be held at SKK located near metro Park Pobedy. Tickets can be purchased on site or online for matches everyday of the week, with the final being held on Sunday Oct. 30th.
